BX666 Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the BX666 platform, accessible at https://bx666.cam ("Platform", "BX666", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the Platform, you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

BX666 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform. It is targeted primarily at players in Pakistan and is operated in English to serve that audience. BX666 does not hold a gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. 2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the BX666 website accessible at https://bx666.cam, including all pages, features, tools and content.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "User" / "Player" means any natural person who accesses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin entitlement, cashback or other incentive offered by the Platform under published promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it converts to withdrawable funds, as specified in individual promotion terms.

3 Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use real-money features on BX666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's license conditions, whichever is the greater.
2. You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
3. You are not currently self-excluded from this Platform or subject to a voluntary or mandatory exclusion from gambling services.
4. Your use of the Platform is lawful under all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. BX666 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in Pakistan or any other territory.
5. You are not acting on behalf of any other person, organisation or entity when registering your Account.
6. You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by BX666 for breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration & KYC

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on BX666 at any time. Opening duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information you provide is accurate, complete and kept up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. BX666 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

BX666 operates a KYC verification process to confirm the identity and age of all Users prior to processing any withdrawal. You may be required to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership and any other documentation reasonably requested. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of funds pending resolution.

Submission of false, forged or misleading identity documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all funds, in addition to any applicable legal reporting obligations.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the BX666 Platform, you agree that you will:

• Use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment and not for any commercial purpose.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Not use any automated device, script, bot, spider, crawler or any other automated means to access the Platform, scrape data, or interact with any feature of the Platform without express written consent from BX666.
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures, access controls, geolocation restrictions or anti-fraud systems operated by BX666.
• Not engage in any collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any other form of cheating or advantage play prohibited by the Platform's game-specific rules.
• Accept that BX666 may at any time and without prior notice modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, game or service offered on the Platform.

BX666 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access to the Platform.

6 Deposits & Payments

Deposits into your BX666 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. BX666 does not accept third-party deposits. Accepted payment methods are confirmed in the Platform's cashier section and may vary over time subject to operator, payment-processor and regulatory requirements.

Payment provider names referenced across BX666, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, are cited for context and familiarity only. These references do not constitute a representation that those providers currently support, endorse or facilitate gambling transactions on this Platform. All deposits are made in the currency supported by your Account type. PKR (Pakistani Rupee) figures referenced throughout BX666 content are for informational context. 7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• All active Wagering Requirements on Bonus balances must be fully satisfied before Bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the payment method's availability for withdrawal transactions.
• BX666 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing speeds. Processing times depend on operator procedures, your payment provider's policies and the status of your KYC verification.
• BX666 may request additional documentation prior to approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

BX666 may from time to time offer Bonuses to new and existing Users. All Bonuses are subject to their own individual promotional terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply unless individual promotional terms specify otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only. Eligibility criteria will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any Bonus balance or Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• BX666 does not guarantee bonus values beyond what is explicitly stated in published terms at the time the Bonus is claimed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credited to a third party.
• BX666 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
• Any User found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, coordinated Bonus harvesting or any other fraudulent means — will have their Account suspended and all associated Bonus balances forfeited.

Welcome offers, reload bonuses and VIP programme perks are all governed by their individual published terms. Where a conflict exists between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms take precedence in relation to that specific offer only.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions on BX666 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, market or sport. By placing a bet or commencing a gaming session, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the relevant game rules. Key general betting conditions include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. BX666 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the User.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live game or betting event, BX666 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the User's Account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of placement.

10 Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration reminders and automatic logout after a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may activate a Self-Exclusion at any time, for periods from 24 hours to indefinite. During a Self-Exclusion period, the Account is inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent to the User.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind Users of time elapsed during a gaming session.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BX666. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while self-excluded or under any externally mandated gambling restriction.
• Opening or using multiple Accounts simultaneously.
• Providing false identity, age or contact information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or underpaid odds in a systematic manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Users or with third parties to defraud the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using automated tools, bots or scripts without express written permission.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

12 Intellectual Property

All Content on the BX666 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game descriptions, page layouts, software code and design elements — is the property of BX666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, sub-license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of BX666.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BX666 and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any feature thereof.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any service thereon.
• Any loss of funds, winnings, bonuses or data resulting from technical faults, network failures or events beyond BX666's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, RTP figures or other data published on the Platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred by you while using the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14 Amendments to Terms

BX666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Registered Users will be notified of material changes by email or via a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange the closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining eligible Real-Money Balance.

15 Account Suspension & Termination

BX666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• The User's eligibility cannot be verified or has lapsed.
• Fraudulent, collusive or abusive behaviour is detected.
• A legally valid instruction from a relevant authority requires action.
• The User's Account activity presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Upon Account termination for cause, any balances attributable to Bonus funds or funds acquired through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-Money Balance funds will be returned where the termination is not related to fraud or breach of these Terms, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting BX666 support. Upon voluntary closure, all pending bets will be settled and remaining eligible Real-Money Balance returned via the User's verified payment method.

16 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BX666 is licensed and/or registered to operate. BX666 does not represent that these Terms comply with Pakistani law, and no reliance should be placed on these Terms as a determination of the legal status of online gambling in Pakistan.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through BX666's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under the operator's applicable license terms.
